FAQs

When will my order ship?


We will try our best to get your order shipped within 3 business days. If there is a delay for any reason, we will contact you by email and provide you with an update.



Can I cancel my order or get a refund?


Cancellation policy: Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Email is the best way to cancel an order. Be sure to include your order number and we will respond back within one business day. 


Refund policy: For safety concerns, all sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email. 



Will my soap look exactly like the picture?


We do our best to accurately portray what our soaps look like in the photographs. Due to the nature of our handmade products, you can expect slight variations and colors as each batch is slightly different. 



When will I get my Subscription Soap Box?


Our Subscription Soap Boxes are shipped right to your door at the beginning of each month. To get next month’s box, sign up for a subscription before the 20th. For example, if you purchase a subscription on March 10th, the first box you’ll receive will be our April box at the beginning of April. If you purchase a subscription anytime between March 21st and April 20, the first box you’ll receive will be our May box at the beginning of May.
